Chad Vegas is a Film & Live Director, speaker, teacher, and industry leader with over twenty years in worship production, including roles as Film & Live Director at Transformation Church, Broadcast Director for Bethel Church and Bethel Music, and touring director for corporate productions. A Dove Award nominee and pioneer in Live Cinematic Broadcasts for houses of worship, he now serves as Head of Sony Faith, where he partners with churches nationwide to remove technical barriers so they can focus on their mission. Chad leads teams with his signature "Worship First, Production Second" philosophy, creating supportive environments where authentic moments naturally emerge. His leadership combines technical excellence with deep ministry understanding, helping faith communities create meaningful content that connects with global audiences while keeping technology invisible and ministry visible.
